Dr. Peng Zhou is a Professor and Director of Institute for Energy Economics and Policy at China University of Petroleum (UPC), Qingdao, PR China. At UPC, he is also serving as the Dean of School of Economics and Management. Dr. Zhou has conducted research in the areas of energy and environmental efficiency, carbon dioxide abatement strategies, emission trading, low-carbon development and performance evaluation methodologies. Among his honors and awards, Dr. Zhou was an awardee of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in China, a recipient of the ProSPER.Net-Scopus Young Researcher Award, and has continuously been listed in the Elsevier Most Cited Chinese Researchers. In addition to be an Editor of Energy Policy, he is also an editorial board member of several other peer-reviewed journals including Energy Economics and Energy Efficiency.

Dr. Yang Xia had her BS in economics, MS in sustainability, both from the University of Leeds, and a doctorate in ecological economics from the University of East Anglia, where her research interest lies in assessment of the socioeconomic impacts of health outcomes resulting from disasters such as heat-waves and air pollution. Dr. Xia is the First Social Science Editor of Nature Communications, handling manuscripts on socio-economics, climate-related health risks, climate policy and sustainability.

Dr. Zhifu Mi is a Research Fellow at the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management at the University College London. He is an Associate Editor of Journal of Cleaner Production and Structural Change and Economic Dynamics. His research focuses on climate change economics, energy policy, and input-output analysis. He has numerous publications in leading journals including Applied Energy, Environmental Research Letters, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Nature Communications.

Dr. Mattias Lindahl has worked at the Division of Environmental Technology and Management and the Department of Management and Engineering at Linköping University in Sweden since 2003. He is among the top internationally-recognized scholars in the areas of EcoDesign and Product Service Systems. Dr. Lindahl has conducted research and teaching in EcoDesign since 1997, and research and teaching in Integrated Product Service Engineering since 1999. He is now the Swedish chairman and the main technical expert for the revision of the ISO14006 (2001) EcoDesign standard. He is also the EcoDesign subject editor for the Journal of Cleaner Production.

Dr. D'Maris Coffman is the Professorial Chair of Economics and Finance of the Built Environment and the Director of the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management at the University College London.  Her current research interests span financial history, infrastructure economics, construction economics, historical property development, and climate change economics. She serves as the Managing Editor of Structural Change and Economic Dynamics and an Associate Editor at Economia Politica: Journal of Analytical and Institutional Economics.
