Dr. Peng Zhou
Dr. Peng Zhou is a Professor and Director of Institute for Energy Economics and Policy at China University of Petroleum (UPC), Qingdao, PR China. At UPC, he is also serving as the Dean of School of Economics and Management. Dr. Zhou has conducted research in the areas of energy and environmental efficiency, carbon dioxide abatement strategies, emission trading, low-carbon development and performance evaluation methodologies. Among his honors and awards, Dr. Zhou was an awardee of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in China, a recipient of the ProSPER.Net-Scopus Young Researcher Award, and has continuously been listed in the Elsevier Most Cited Chinese Researchers. In addition to be an Editor of Energy Policy, he is also an editorial board member of several other peer-reviewed journals including Energy Economics and Energy Efficiency.
