国际投资学
前序课程:国际经济学
课程介绍：
本课程主要讲述国际投资理论、国际投资方式、国际投资环境及国际投资管理，并通过完整的国际投资理论体系和翔实的国内外案例，使学生形成对国际投资的全面理解和认识。在此基础上，结合中国国情，介绍中国对外投资和吸引外资的现实情况。
考核方法：
期末考试成绩占总成绩的90%，平时作业和课堂（网络）讨论成绩占总成绩的10%。
