2015年6月29至30日“第21届国际面板数据会议”（The 21st International Panel Data Conference）在匈牙利布达佩斯举行。我中心孔建宁老师参加此次会议，并做了题为“Estimation of Treatment Effects under Multiple Equilibria in Repeated Public Good Experiments”的报告。

从1977年至今，面板数据国际会议已经成功举办了21届。第21届国际面板数据会议由中欧大学于2015年6月29至30日在布达佩斯举办。会议的主旨是为国际一流的计量统计学家以及经济学家提供一个良好的交流平台，促进诸位学者在与面板数据相关的各方面有更新更深入的研究合作。此次会议上，Richard Blundell (UCL)，Arie Kapteyn (USC)，Jacques Mairesse (CREST)，Peter Schmidt (MSU) and Jeff Wooldridge (MSU)等知名教授发表了主题演讲。

在此次国际面板数据会议中，通过宣读论文，与其他与会者的交流，一方面展示了我中心老师的研究水平，另一方面中心老师也在交流中获得启发，并促进进一步合作研究的开展。

Abstract：

This paper shows that the conventional econometric methods fail to measure treatment effects when there exists multiple equilibria in repeated public good games. To provide an alternative method, this paper develops a new pre-test whether or not there is a single equilibrium, and proposes novel but simple statistical methods to test for treatment effects. The newly proposed tests have good finite sample properties and perform well in practice.
