课程介绍：
本课程为山东大学经济学院为本科生开设的选修课程，旨在讲授物流管理的基本概念和基本方法。物流管理属于管理学领域内的重要学科，重在研究物质实体流动和运作的基本规律。该课程的主要内容包括：物流在经济与组织中的作用；客户服务；物流信息系统；库存管理；物料流动管理；运输管理；仓储管理；采购管理；供应链管理；全球物流；以及物流绩效控制方法和实施战略。
考核方法：
平时成绩占总成绩的40%，课程论文占总成绩的60%。
