OBJECTIVES
As an elective course in the field of public finance, it explains the evolution of fiscal policy, system and thoughts about public finance in P. R. China, including the history of public finance in P. R. China beginning in 1949, fiscal status quo in the five years following the establishment of P. R. China, fiscal situation in 10-year “Cultural Revolution”, and so on.
