OBJECTIVES

As a fundamental and compulsory course in the field of public finance, it explains the evolution of fiscal theory, fiscal system and thoughts about public finance in China, covering Xia, Shang, Western Zhou, Spring and Autumn Era, Qin & Han, Wei & Jin, Southern & Northern Dynasties Era, Sui, Tang & five Dynasties, Northern & Southern Song, Liao, Jin & Yuan, Ming & Qing, Warlord Era, and KMT Era before 1949.
